You'll also create your Administrator PIN, which protects sensitive features like settings, reports, inventory editing, and user management.

For security reasons, changing the default administrator PIN is highly recommended immediately after installation.

If cashiers cannot view older receipts, this is actually expected behavior. For security purposes, standard users can only access receipts they personally created. Managers and administrators have permission to view the complete sales history.
