M-Pesa STK Push triggers a pop-up on the customer's phone prompting them to enter their PIN to complete a transaction. It is perfect for e-commerce checkouts. C2B (Customer to Business) allows customers to manually go to their M-Pesa menu, enter your Paybill/Till number, and make a payment. We set up C2B Webhooks (URLs) on your server that Safaricom pings whenever a payment is received, allowing your system to instantly update the user's balance.
While Safaricom issues the actual Paybill or Till numbers, we guide you through the application process. We advise you on the required KRA PINs, business registration documents (CR12), and bank details needed. Once you receive the shortcode, we handle the technical Daraja API portal setup, going live process, and application creation on your behalf.
